Dropped 7.8 lbs in 3 weeks....not too bad. I really can't complain, but I was sort of bummed to see that the number isn't higher. The hubster assures me that all is well and that by doing such heavy weight training I'm building muscle which weighs more than fat and will also burn more calories. I'm trusting him. Honestly I have noticed big changes in my body despite not dropping as many pounds as I would like. My arms are my best feature and they are shaping up nicely, my legs are on their way....the hips and tummy are my target areas so hopefully I can get them in shape before too long.
I'm focused and determined to keep going....let's see what February has in store! :)
