The problem with stopping....

starting back up can be a b***h.  I'm four weeks back into working out and I am tired, sore and frustrated.  I was kicking butt in the weight lifting area, so getting back to where I was has been a slow process.  I'll be back in tip top shape soon.

For me the problem with stopping is that I never start again!
